To comply with California’s AB 1825, Connecticut’s 46A requirements and other
state and federal legal mandates, we offer a course that covers both state and
federal legal requirements. The course covers all harassment topics and includes
8 case studies, which focus managers on the difficult and complex harassment
issues that they confront in the workplace. The course covers key topics through the use of hypothetical case studies, based on real-life investigations and court cases. The learner responds to several questions after each case study, in order to apply concepts. The course includes a manager’s guide and a map of states’ protected backgrounds.

as unlawful. This course helps employees understand what harassment is, and

situations. This course comes in a manager version as well as an employee version. The employee version takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. The manager
version, which takes about 60 minutes, includes a manager’s guide that can be

Ethics & Code of Conduct

Red Flag Identity Theft Training

As part of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 (FACTA), the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the federal bank regulatory agencies, and
the National Credit Union Administration have issued regulations (the Red Flags
Rules) requiring financial institutions and creditors to develop and implement
written identity theft prevention programs, which include staff training.
Our FACTA training helps employees understand your Identity Theft Prevention
Program and how they can help prevent identity theft by recognizing Red Flags
